Description
The Thomas Glenister Company, England. Two-pillar table, Regency style, solid and veneered mahogany. Tabletop decorated with intarsia border. Legs on brass lion paws and casters. Two extension leaves, each approx. 61 cm. H. 74 L. 183.5 - 304 W. 103 cm.
Eight solid mahogany chairs, Hepplewhite style. Shield-shaped back carved with rosettes and foliage, seat upholstered in green velour. H. 96 seat H. 45 cm.
Produced by Thomas Glenister, England, labelled accordingly with plaque. Second-half of 20th century. Light signs of wear such as scratches. Top with small chip to veneer on edge. (11)
